I can’t rave enough about the Crash Management service.  Dealing with fleet insurance claims can be time intensive and involve co-ordinating different parties to make it all happen.  Using Crash Management takes away all the pain.  They sort the repairer, the courtesy car and their expertise on the administrative side makes the entire process completely painless. Our company always uses Crash Management for our vehicle incidents, we highly recommend them.

We have been using the services of Crash Management since 2009 to manage our fleet of vehicles in the event of an accident. A quick phone call is all it takes to start the process and they liaise between the driver, the fleet manager, insurance provider and the repairer.
