I can’t rave enough about the Crash Management service. Dealing with fleet insurance claims can be time intensive and involve co-ordinating different parties to make it all happen. Using Crash Management takes away all the pain. They sort the repairer, the courtesy car and their expertise on the administrative side makes the entire process completely painless. We have a fleet of 210 cars on the road, throughout NZ. Crash Management has taken over the handling of all of our vehicle accidents, something I could not have continued to handle as our fleet grew.
